Wednesday and Thursday Rowan and I went to a hockey clinic. First thing I’m going to say? Ow. Ow, ow, ow and ow. I actually think I am the most sore I have ever been in my whole life. But man is it fun!!! I started off literally knowing nothing and now I, um, well I can do stuff. Like shoot, although I’m not very good at it. And flicking the ball, which I can do pretty well at the start then I start losing the ability after I do it a couple of times, which is extremely annoying. But that’s not important. Okay maybe it is….. Anyway, I learned many new things and made a few friends, which is good because I needed a partner for a few of the activities. It was a bit difficult considering everyone there had played at least once, so I looked even more pathetic than I actually was. Although that probably wouldn’t have been hard seeing as I didn’t even know how to hold a stick at first. But hey I’m so much better now! I actually scored a goal! (once) ‘cough’ I wasn’t too sure at first if i would like it but in the end I’m glad I did it, even though I’m still sore.
